I needed cross training for roller derby, I was training at another facility but felt I wasn’t seeing any improvement after being with them for a year. My goals were to get faster, stronger, and to lose weight.
What are your new goals?
My goals have shifting towards training for powerlifting but all the benefits I get from that still help with cross training for roller derby. I have also stopped focusing intently on the weight loss and focus more on getting stronger and allowing the fat loss/muscle gain to happen over time from lifting and tracking macros.
