I've been doing some kind of training for around 10 years, mostly bodybuilding style, as a way to manage anxiety & depression. Fast forward to 2015, my boyfriend & I decided to give powerlifting a try. I signed up for my first meet the summer of that year and it lit a fire! Last January I injured my back & I was struggling to get better. I had heard about GPT through a friend so we decided to give it a try! What a difference the environment & having Ryan's coaching has made. Not only have I surpassed what I was able to do pre-injury, but I've learned so much, & gained much needed confidence. My current PR's are squat 300, bench 165, and deadlift 355.
